Homework:
All students should be writing in their weekend journals. Journals will be due on Wednesday, Oct. 17.
Grade 3 students - your Value of 8000 creative journal page is due on Monday. Please take home your creative journals if you need to finish this assignment (remember to bring them back!).
Daily Update:
The Young Rembrandts instructors came and taught us how to turn a water bottle or box of cereal into a cartoon. We practiced drawing with the instructors. We drew cats! We also had buddies today. We read with our buddies and helping them use reading strategies. We did a brain buster today, and we had to find patterns in a picture of bugs. For some people it was easy, and for others it was super challenging. We did not have math today :(
